This was meant to be a frat/co-ops house, but it turned out to be too luxurious to be a proper jocks dumpster. The exterior is Victorian style and the backyard is just like a resort. Maybe it's frat brother's vacation house???

Look! It's a very cute Victorian house. Yes, it's very liveable from this view, and it's indeed a very good living space, both inside and out. It makes you want to call milk delivery, doesn't it? (but they don't do that anymore)
This is the backyard of this supposedly frat house. Looks too good to be abused isn't it?
This is another view of the backyard. The garden lights up rather nicely, and the arch if for wedding.... What? Fraternity is about having fun, but not being tied down? What are you going to tell Jenny's mom when she asked about the accident?

Look at the mess!!! You just can't trust some college students with a nice house like this. I knew it, because I was a college student once. The flamingos would fly away if they can. What? Flamingos can fly? Yeah..., of course they can. I was talking about those wall lights.... Yeah, that's it.
More mess. This picture would be even more realistic if it were tissue wads on the floor instead of books. Chloe is putting away the mess people left behind. Don't get it wrong by her appearance though, she is a serious shoplifter. She has stolen a couple of garden gnomes from Mizuguchi Castle (and they were the guarding spirits of the castle!)
The second level of the house is the bedroom. They look rather nice and are color-coded so people won't go to the wrong room. The floor plan looks rather like..., Transformers™.... At least it wasn't Thunder Cats™ (but I like Thunder Cats™!).
It wouldn't be a proper frat house if there weren't any accident happened in it (in addition to condom breaks). This is no badly made early horror film, this is life! Poor Janis. She was only visiting her friends, and she had to witness this. Janis later broke down, but she recovered.
