Lotus Pond

Hi, :-)

Long story cut short, the name of this pond used to be Ezra Pond, so if you've seen the reference somewhere, it was the old name.

Anyways, it's my first compact size house (but full-featured). Performance problem is such a big concern, so I just have to design these smaller houses for the playability issue. I hope you enjoy this one (this one is well-designed so sims won't get stuck easily like Sunflower Place will).

DOWNLOAD IT on The Sims 2 Exchange.

Please remember to rate it on the Exchange if you like it. Thanks. :-)

The front view of Lotus Pond

This is the front view taking from the pond. This is the older picture, so it doesn't have lotus flowers floating on the water yet. It's a simple house, but beautiful nevertheless.

The night view

The night view and a more inclusive view of the whole lot.

The picnic area by the pond

There is a picnic area by the pond. It's very good for a casual sunday brunch. The wedding arch is also present, just in case somebody needs to take a wedding picture. :-)

The first floor's floorplan

The floorplan of the first level. Very compact, you can see. But there are always alternative routes to avoid traffic congestion.

The overview of the lot

Top view of the whole lot. Notice the floor plan now shows the attic in the middle of the house (the one in aquamarine/turquoise carpet).

The backyard pool

The pool in the back and the jacuzzi. Though the house is small and simple, but one can live a quality life here.
